20 plates touches, floor to sky!
 
 
20 goblet squats with 10-25 lbs plate

4 rounds, r: 30-60s, R: 1-2min
1) Single leg deadlift, 10 reps each side with 5-20 lbs
 
 
2) Squat jumps, 10-15 reps
 
 
3) Isometric knee up, hold it for 30-60s on each leg!
 
4) Broad jumps: 5 jumps as far as you can (measure them)
