Warm up:
3 rounds
10 burpees
 
3 rounds:
20 Rocket jumps and 5-10 clapping push ups
 
   
Stretching:
High kicks and side splits
   
4 rounds:
1min knees up sprint
30 donkey kicks each leg
2min glute bridges
  
Challenge finisher:
100 push ups and 200 air squats 
AFAP (As Fast As Possible)
You can do 10 rounds of 10 push ups plus 20 air squat for example.
