Power Lifting TOTAL!
Find your Heaviest 1 rep in the Bench Press, Squat, and Deadlift.
Spend about 20-30min per exercise including 10min of warm up with light/medium weight. Then go for heavy "singles" (1 repetition) until you find the heaviest you can do. Send me your results by email.
Use the safety arms in the squat racks in case you can't lift the bar back up
Ask someone to spot you for the safety on the bench press.
Make sure your back stay straight in the deadlift.
