Warm up: 2 rounds

- 30 Air Squats

- 30 Jumping Jacks

- 15 Side Lunges on each leg

     

LEG DAY
 

4 rounds: 

- Leg Press: 20 reps start light then add 1 or 2 plates each round

- 30 sec Knees Up Sprint

   

4 rounds

- 25 Goblet Squats (with 25-45 lbs plate)

- 15 Rocket Jumps

   

4 rounds:

- 20 reps Hamstring Curls

- 10-14 High Kicks to work on elasticity of Hamstrings

- 20 reps Leg Extensions
