3 times 1min sprint, 3min rest
-Sprint speed 10 to 12 on the treadmill, then rest 3min and stretch.
Repeat 2 more times.
Repeat 2 more times.
4 rounds:
- 10 Single Leg Deadlift with 10 lbs kettlebell or dumbbell. Hold the weight in the opposite hand from your foot on the floor. Focus on feeling the burn on the upper part of the hamstring of your leg touching the floor.
- 50 Russian Twists with 10 lbs (med ball, kettlebell, or dumbbell).
Go slow for maximum ABS BURN!

- 30 sec Knees Up Sprint
- 25 one Leg Step Up on each leg (on a box or bench)
- 7 Leg Extension over a bar for each leg. Try not to touch the bar with your heel, and keep the position 2 sec with a good control. Start with a low height until you improve.
