- Bench Press: 10 reps

* Start pretty light then increase by 5-10 lbs on each round if possible *

 

- 20 Goblet Squats (25 lbs dumbbell or plate)

   

15 min abs: Multiple rounds of

- 50 Crunches

- 1 min Plank

- 50 Toes Touch

- 1 min Superman Plank

  

10-15 times triple broad jumps (warm up your knees correctly before)
