Special Deadlift at 95 to 135 lbs
4 rounds:
- 10 Sumo Deadlift
- 5 to 10 Snatch Grip Deadlift (wide grip)
4 rounds:
- 10 Box Jumps
- 10 Broad Jumps
4 rounds:
- One Arm Snatch at 20-30 lbs, 10 reps each hand
- Single Arm Triceps Extension at 15-25 lbs, until you reach your limits (more than 20 reps please!)
