Warm up: 3 rounds
- 20 Air Squats
- 30 Jumping Jacks
- 12 Side Lunges on each leg
LEG DAY
3 rounds:
- Leg Press: 20 reps start light then add 1 or 2 plates each round
- 30 sec Knees Up Sprint
4 rounds
- 20 Goblet Squats (with 25-45 lbs plate)
- 10 Rocket Jumps
4 rounds:
- 15 reps Hamstring Curls
- 10-14 High Kicks to work on elasticity of Hamstrings
- 15 reps Leg Extensions
FINISHER CHALLENGE!
