3 rounds:

- 30 Toes Touch

- 50 Jumping Jacks

- 1min Reverse Plank

  

DROP SET:

Start Medium/heavy weight, do as many reps as possible, then drop 1 plate, rest 10 sec, and do as many reps as possible. Repeat the process until you've done every plates left.

Do 6-7 plates in total, for a working time of 3-5min.

- Seated Chest Press, start around 100-120 lbs

Rest 5-8min

- Legs Extension, start around 100 lbs

Rest 5-8 min

- Lat Pulldown, start around 120 lbs
