(8 sec per rep, 4 sec to go down, 4 sec to go up)

- 3 sets of maximum reps very slow, a bit lighter than the previous bar

- Finisher: Maximum reps fast at 75-135 lbs (depending on your level)

- 3 sets of maximum reps very slow a bit lighter than the previous bar
