- 15-20 x Shoulder Shrugs (20-40 lbs dumbbells)

- 15-20 x One arm Triceps Extension (5-15 lbs dumbbell)

- 15-20 x Biceps Curls (10-30 lbs dumbbells)

  

3 rounds:

- 20 Crunches

- 20 Donkey Kicks (each leg)

- 20 Bent Barbell Rows (20-40 lbs)

- 8-12 Dumbbell Lateral Raises (5-10 lbs)
