- 40 Air Squats non stop!

 

Powerlifting Squat: find a spotter if needed

10 x 65lbs

10 x 85lbs

10 x 105lbs

10 x 125 lbs (if you can)

10 x 135lbs (if you can)

...

... add 10 lbs each time until you find your max 10 reps.

 

- 100 Air Squats, with no break (You'll feel your quads for 4 days ;)

   

4 rounds:

- 20 Donkey Kicks (each leg)

- 20 Lateral Leg lift (each leg)

- 20 Push Ups
