Warmup for Deadlift: 3 rounds
- Single leg Deadlift, 10 reps each leg (10 lbs dumbbell or kettlebell)
- Lower Back machine, 10 slow reps
Heavy Deadlift !
In 20 min, find your:
-10 rep max
- 5 rep max
-3 rep max
-1 rep max
Final challenge: 50 Burpees as fast as possible without stoping (email me)
Pace yourself 10 by 10 then 5 by 5 with very short break to breath.
