- Pulldown

12-15 reps non stop (medium weight)

- Deadlift

15 reps at 70-120 lbs

  

 

4 rounds:

- 15 reps dumbbell Push Press at 15-30 lbs

- 10-15 reps Goblet Squats at 20 lbs

- 12 reps each arm, Single arm Torso Row at 15-30 lbs

- 1 min Front Plank
