Special Deadlift at 75 to 135 lbs

3 rounds:

- 10 Sumo Deadlift

- 5 to 10 Snatch Grip Deadlift (wide grip)

  

 

  

3 rounds:

- 10 Box Jumps

- 10 Broad Jumps

  

3 rounds:

- One Arm Snatch at 15-30 lbs, 10 reps each hand

- Single Arm Triceps Extension at 10-25 lbs, until you reach your limits (more than 20 reps please!)
